The team did a fantastic job insulating our 115-year-old stucco home here in Rochester. When we had our estimate, Malachi was very detailed, helpful, and straightforward—he explained everything without making us feel pressured. The crew who did the installation showed excellent skill and left the work area clean. They were friendly and took the time to answer all my questions about the insulation process. The small holes they drilled into the stucco for the injection foam were patched up so well that you can barely notice them now. I was a bit concerned about how the stucco would look after the work, but I’m extremely happy with the results. I’m excited for the upcoming cold months, knowing our home will be much more comfortable and less drafty thanks to the new insulation!

from the start, res-co remodeling was great to work with for our insulation project in rochester. malachi and cameron were both friendly and knowledgeable, and got the attic and soffit insulation installed quickly. the whole job was done in just a couple of days, and everything looked neat and tidy when they finished. even after some tough winter weather, the insulation has held up really well and our home feels much more comfortable. i would definitely recommend them if you need insulation work done right the first time.

i reached out to this large insulation contractor with some questions and to get an estimate, and was pleasantly surprised when the owner, cameron, spoke with me directly. cameron really knows insulation inside and out, and made everything easy to understand. the team came out to apply spray foam insulation under my old fishing cabin, even though the crawlspace was tight and less than two feet high. they worked quickly and professionally, handling every detail and making sure the job was done right. i was so impressed with their work under the house that i decided to have them come back and insulate my walls as well. once again, the crew was outstanding—friendly, hardworking, and clearly skilled at what they do. it’s not often you find a group of people who genuinely love their job and take so much pride in their work. with this big remodel project, choosing this company for my spray foam insulation was definitely one of the best decisions i made. if you’re in need of insulation services, i highly recommend them!

We recently worked with an insulation contractor to upgrade the attic insulation in our home. At first, we thought about just adding more cellulose, but after talking with Cameron, who is very knowledgeable about spray foam insulation and HVAC, we learned about the benefits of spray foam. We changed our minds a few times, but Cameron was patient and answered all our questions, making it easy for us to switch to spray foam at the last minute. After moving into our 17-year-old house, it was obvious we needed better insulation. We reached out for several estimates, and even though Res-Co Remodeling wasn't the cheapest, after talking with Cameron and the crew, we felt confident choosing them for the job. Cameron left us a digital thermometer/humidity meter, with one part staying in the attic so we could track the difference after the insulation work. We had the insulation installed right before winter in Rochester, and wanted to see how it performed through the cold months before sharing our thoughts. Now that we’ve had a chance to experience a full season, we can really feel the improvement. The house stays warmer with less effort from our heating system, and the rooms hold a steady temperature much better than before. When we come home and turn the heat on, it gets comfortable much faster and stays that way. The installation team was fast, tidy, and respectful of our schedule. They completed the job while we were away, and everything was left clean and in order when we returned. There was a slight odor for a short time after the installation, but it cleared up quickly—nothing more than what you’d expect after painting a room. We’re very happy with the results and impressed with the professionalism throughout the process. When it’s time to upgrade our HVAC system, we’ll definitely reach out again, knowing we’ll get the right advice and quality service.
